STEP 2

If you’d like to experience our innovative program, you'll be asked to complete the Motivation Buttons test. This test identifies your strengths, potential areas for growth, and your unique 'motivation buttons'—the factors that bring out the best in you. After completing the test, you will receive a comprehensive report. Once you have the report, you can either stop there or proceed to Step 3.

THE MOTIVATION BUTTONS TEST

  • This 16 pages complete report provides insights to help you achieve happiness and success at your professional career, explaining what motivates you, your strengths, your development areas, whether you are internally or externally motivated, and your self-awareness level.

    It comes along with a 15 minutes online coaching session where we discuss your results.
    The report is described by many as “eye-opening” and has triggered successful career leaps for many.

    This is the report you should choose if you want to create a thorough career plan based on your strengths and development areas. You will get:

    • Your top 3 motivators.

    • A bar chart showing how your motivation is different from corporate best performers.

    • Your strengths with detail.

    • Your development areas with detail.

    • Advice on points you need to be careful about.

START THE TEST

STEP 3

This is a 1 hour online session with a seasoned master executive coach, where you'll review your career objectives, and create a personalised development plan. Together with your mentor, you'll agree on a concrete plan of action with clear steps for your growth. A month later there will be a 15 minutes follow up call. The cost of these two calls is $85.

MEET YOUR MENTOR

  • Typically your mentor will clarify with you:

    - How motivated you are? What needs to happen to feel happier?

    - What are your career progression objectives in your current company or elsewhere? How likely do they look at the moment.

    - What obstacles are you encountering?

    - What realistic short term and medium term goals would excite you?

    Then the mentor will go over your report and together you will identify specific development goals with clear action plans.

    Your mentor will give you 1 month to implement the action plans and will fix a 15 minutes follow up call (included in the price).

    Should you want to continue you can book further sessions.
